FILE THIS ONE UNDER RAZORBACK COACHING METAPHORS

Tonight, as my family and I were at the store buying bacon for our share of "Breakfast for Dinner" with friends, I peered the pictured type of Wright Brand Bacon.

The packaging was alluring.
It looked like great bacon.
Wright brand bacon is one of the best brands, good reputation for getting the job done.
Indeed, bacon is bacon and one has no reason to think anything about any bacon other than: bacon always tastes great.

Steakhouse Flavored Bacon, however, was misleading. Deeply. Misleading. It left me feeling...betrayed...mislead...let down. Kind of like, even though it got the job done, as far as it was bacon, when it was all done I was left with a bad taste in my mouth and no hope for next season...er, uh...breakfast for dinner.

(p.s. the bacon literally tasted like hotdogs. All other Wright Brand Bacon styles are AMAZING. But, in case of Steakhouse Flavored Bacon...hotdogs. Cheap ones.)
