BW 2012 ENDORSEMENTS

THE BARBED WIRE is proud to announce our 2012 class of primary endorsements:

FIRST AND FOREMOST:

United States President - GOP Primary

Newt Gingrich

When you read Newt Gingrich's 21st Century Contract for America, it is easy to see that WE CAN get out of this mess if we will just elect the right leadership.  Mitt Romney was given credit by Barack Obama for helping form what would become Obamacare, and his Pro-Choice, tax-raising, moderate views make him the perfect spokesman for none other than the Democratic Party.  Of course, the DNC is probably just fine with having Mitt on board.  He will be easier to beat than Newt in the general election.  If you want $5.00 gas, vote for Obama/Romney.  If you want to utilize the oil we have under our feet NOW and spend $2.50 per gallon of gas, vote for NEWT GINGRICH in 2012.

United States Congress - TX-District 25

Wes Riddle

There has been more drama between the parties over redistricting in Texas than in the halls of a junior high school the week of the Valentine's Day Dance.  You would think that with a full buffet of 12 Republican candidates, it would be difficult to choose the best one for the job.  But in the race for U.S. Congress TX-Dist. 25, Wes Riddle is a man among boys (and a woman).  Coming into the race as just one face in the crowd, overshadowed by the assumed front-runner, Michael Williams, Riddle has hiked his way up the mountain and stands mighty at the top.  There is, of course, the challenge of defeating former Texas Secretary of State Roger Williams of Weatherford, but one must consider the red flags.  Do you want your Congressman to be an old car salesman or a Retired Lt. Colonel?  Do you want to be represented by someone who has learned your district, paid taxes in your district, and shaken the hands of the district, or do you want to be represented by someone who jumped into your district in fear of losing his other district and is buying his way into votes?  To restore the Constitution and protect Faith and Freedom, the answer is clear: VOTE FOR WES RIDDLE!
